The classic yew bookcase as an open bookshelf or glazed bookcase is the most elegant place to store your books. Our yew bookcases are available in standard sizes, but most of them can be adjusted to whatever height you want. Our classic yew bookcases are typical English quality pieces. They are traditionally built of fine solid wood which makes them sturdy and durable, furthermore they are attractive and authentical. Besides our classiv yew bookcases and bureau bookcases we also have lovely yew cupboards with massive wooden doors that have peen panelled and polished sometimes even inlaid and curved. Yew cupboards are perfectly suited for chinaware and holiday decoration with appropriate drawers for your cutlery.

Yew Breakfront Bookcase
A particular form of yew bookcases is the so-called yew breakfront bookcase. Here, the middle part is usually deeper than the two flanking parts. It creates an interesting shape and is therefore quite popular. All shelves are free-standing, they need no additional fasteners on the rear wall and are freely loadable. Our closed yew breakfront bookcases often have doors and even drawers in the lower part while the top is glazed in the classic traditional way. We build yew breakfront bookcases with two, three or four doors each in the bottom and sometimes even in the top. If you want to add a special highlight to your yew bookcase we recommend a Chesterfield sofa. A classic yew bookcase and a Chesterfield sofa can make a nice reading corner combination.

There is a good amount of bookcase models that you can choose from, but in case you do not find what you wish for we offer to adjust the dimension and shapes on demand.
