Telegraphs originally served to transmit coded messages. While our Maritime telegraphs can not serve as messaging, owners still feel like going back to the epoch of Morse code and sailor cruises. Telegraphs date back to the end of the 18th century and facilitated the transmission of messages. By the end of the 19th century, telegraphs served as a means of communication, but were replaced by new technological developments afterwards. Only in the military communications, telegraphy is still used today. Our maritime telegraphic decorations adorn every living room and find a nice place on a table or display cabinet.
